Log in to your account
From the menu, choose Scheduling
Click the Calendar tab at the top
Filter your view by selecting to view by specific team member or longer time frame
Click All Team Members or Week box
Select how you want to view from drop down
New view will show immediately
View tasks in a calendar view
view tasks by day, week or month to get a big picture view of projects being worked on
