Use Eagleview Measurements in an Estimate

Pull in Eagleview Measurements to your Associated Quote in an Estimate to adjust quantities.

  1. Log into your account

  2. From the menu, choose Estimates

  3. Select Add Estimate +

  4. The Estimate Builder will open in a new tab

  5. Complete information in order to set up your estimate, including attaching a Contact

    1. Each estimate must be attached to a Contact AND a Project. If one or neither of those exist, you can create them using the + add new contact or + add new project button

    2. While a contact and project are required, assigning a team member or using a template is optional

  6. Next, click Continue and Build Estimate

  7. Fill out each tab with the information you'd like to include in the estimate

  8. Once you reach the Scope of Work page, you can create one or more Scope of Work Options for your estimate by adding items

  9. Select a Quote Folder from the dropdown

  10. Select a Template from the Select Quote dropdown

  11. Click Finalize Quote

  12. Finish inserting the information that is required

  13. Click Next

  14. Select the Branch that you would like to quote from

  15. Select Next

  16. Locate the item you would like to pull the Eagleview Measurements in for

  17. Select the pencil icon next to the quantity that you would like to adjust

  18. Under Choose Quantity Type, select Measured Qty

  19. In the dropdown under Measurement Source, select Eagleview

.....

  1. Select Exit in the top left corner

  2. You will see the Scope of Work page

  3. Select Use Material Quote

  4. Finish the Estimate by adding in other items from your Price Book, adding other Scope of Work Options, and completing the rest of the tabs.

  5. You can now send the Estimate to your customer with a material quote
