Log in to your account
From the menu, choose Projects
Click the gear icon labeled Stages
The Pipeline Stages will then slide out from the right side of your screen
Create as many custom stages as you need for your sales cycle by clicking the gray New Stage button
Type in your new stage name
Click the yellow checkmark to save
Rearrange the new stage as needed by clicking the 3-line icon and dragging it
Progress is auto-saved, either click outside the box or the black X at the top right
You can now move projects to the new stage
