How to upload photos, videos, or other media to projects

Attach the media you need for project management

For Photos or Documents:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. From the menu, choose Projects

  3. Open the Project you need to add media to

  4. Locate the section labeled Project Attachments.

  5. Choose what type of attachment from the tab (photos, or documents)

  6. Click the black bar for Photos + Documents to import the file from your device

    1. You can select multiple photos/documents by holding CTRL and clicking the photos/documents you need

    2. *photos must be in .jpg, .jpeg or .png

      *documents must be in PDF format

  7. The Photo or Document will appear

For Videos

  1. Follow the above until step 4

  2. Choose Videos

  3. Paste the Video URL in the field provided

  4. Click the black button for video to be uploaded

    1. videos must be hosted on a website such as YouTube and have a URL to be uploaded
