Set or edit an Out Of Office status

Manage when you're away from the office

Set up an OOO status for when you will be unavailable to increase visibility with your team and ensure you're not scheduled for projects while away!

  1. Log in to your account

  2. On the top right, choose the person icon

  3. Choose Account Settings from the drop-down

  4. From there, the Account Settings page will load

  5. At the top choose, the Out of Office

  6. Enter your dates

  7. Enter your OOO Status (reason)

  8. The "Add Out of Office" button will then be highlighted, click the button to add to your Upcoming OOO

  9. You can edit the OOO at any time by clicking the Edit button under Upcoming and making the changes you need
