The address I am using for the measurement tool is not loading an image, why?

If the image in the measurement tool isn't loading, please double check that you typed in a valid address. You can do so by following these steps:

  1. Click Exit Tool in the top left-hand corner

  2. You will see a pop-up message, click Leave

  3. In the menu panel, select Details

  4. In the top right-hand corner, Select Action +

  5. From the dropdown, select Edit Project

  6. Ensure the Address is correct

    1. If the Address is incorrect, enter the correct Address

  7. Click Save Project

  8. In the menu panel. select Measurements

  9. You should now see an image of the property you are looking to measure
