Create an Invoice

create and invoice for your customers projects

  1. Log into your account

  2. From the menu, choose Invoices

  3. At the top right, click the black New Invoice box

  4. A drop down will appear, click + New Invoice

  5. The Create Invoice page will appear

  6. Complete required information on the create invoice page such as adding customer and project as well as the due date

  7. Enter in the Scope of Work items by clicking the black Add Item + and adding the items from your pricebook

  8. After you've selected the item you want to add, click Add Item to add it to the invoice

  9. Add a memo, if needed

  10. Enter in a discount and sales tax, as applicable

  11. Choose the payment options you want to offer, by clicking each gray option to turn it green

  12. Add Attachments, if needed

  13. Click the black Save Invoice button

  14. After the invoice has been saved, you will be able to locate it from the Invoices tab from the menu or from the Projects tab

  15. You can send the invoice straight away to the customer by clicking Send Invoice at the top right
