The CRM allows you multiple ways to accept payments from customers, we classify the types of payments in two ways either an ePayment or an Offline Payment.
ePayments allow you to save time and money by processing debit/credit payments online. The customer can pay an invoice immediately via this method.
Offline Payments are payments that are processed outside the CRM. This includes financing, cash, insurance, ACH, wires, Zelle, Venmo, and/or using a different merchant processor for debit/credit payments.
