What is an Offline Payment?

Written by Jana

An Offline Payment is a payment that is processed outside the CRM system, meaning you are not enrolled or the customer did not pay via our ePayments merchant processing system with Netevia.

Examples of Offline Payments include:

  • Integrated Financing- financing options in which either the customer pays you directly via a loan or the bank pays you directly via merchant-based lender

  • Cash- Cash you collect directly from the customer

  • Insurance- A Check, ACH, or wire transfers from insurance institutions for insurance work for a project you're completing

  • ACH- A bank transfer directly from the customer's bank

  • Wire- A wire transfer directly from the customer's bank

  • Zelle/Venmo- A digital money transfer directly from the customer to you
