Once you submit your application, Netevia will begin the underwriting process and contact you if they need additional information. Most applications are processed within 72 hours.
While your application is being processed you will see this notice on the CRM
If your application is Approved- you will receive a notice and be able to accept payments immediately. Setup ePayments on the Payments screen will update to Payment History
If your application is Denied- Netevia will provide you with the reasoning. The CRM does not have any control over the application status. If you are denied, you cannot process credit/debit payments from our platform but you will still have access to offer all types of Offline Payments to your customers.
